Daily Dinner
We visited Kate's aunts in Groveland and we bought free-range, grass-fed, organic beef from their ex-rodeo-queen neighbor. We always watch her cows in the fields by the aunts' house. Now we are eating one. Moroccan-ish meatballs with wild rice + garden broccoli w/ carrots and ginger.
