Other People's Trees
The house next door to our friend's house isn't currently occupied, but their lemon tree was! Strangely for this area, the lemons are regular lemons, not Meyer lemons. Sour! Yummy!
Now that I've learned to make marmalade I can't stop.
This batch is lemon-ginger.

Other People's trees
Marmalade contined! Here I am canning....
And the finished cans! This is Aunt Linda's three day marmalade recipie and I'm not sure I have ever eaten anything more delicious.

Other People's Trees
Rosalie's friend had to cut down an old lemon tree and gave her pounds and pounds of lemons. But she was going out of town before she could use them all, so she gave them to us!
I am in the process of making an obscene amount of marmalade and today for tea time Jonathan made lemon bars!
