If you poke some raspberry babies in the dirt now, they'll probably give you berries next summer. Ours have been happily randomly spreading for the last 10 years, coming up all over the place with berries on new canes. During a lull in the WIND & RAIN today, we each got a handful more (+ a few wild blackberries)amazing in Nov. (David says HI!) We just got back from seeing "The Secret Lives of Bees" movie ....thinking of you guys & your furry-buzzy lovelies. And......I'm learning to sing a song by Samuel Barber that is about guess what........bees!!!

Avocados + egg?
Eggs + avocado?
I went out in the soggy yard yesterday after dumpfuls of rain. Hidden under the raspberry leaves were enough berries to fill an entire berry-box!

Don't the avocados kind of look like eggs? Maybe monster eggs?
I hope that next year we will be filling berry boxes with raspberries!
How long did it take for your plants to establish?
Oh wow!
You answered my note!!
